Product Usage: The stability & nature of our products may be altered depending on storage conditions, or when used in combination with other ingredients. This is beyond our control and we strongly recommend that storage instructions be followed as far as possible. Please read the instructions carefully before using the product. Check the ingredients carefully to identify if you are allergic to any of them. In case of any adverse reactions, discontinue use immediately, and contact your dermatologist.

Disputes: With respect to any dispute regarding the website, all rights and obligations and all actions contemplated by these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India and the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan, India, as if the Terms and Conditions were a contract wholly entered into and wholly performed within Jaipur, India, subject to foreign legal mandatory provisions. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, any dispute, differences or claim arising out your visit to the www.mylores.com website shall be referred to the sole Arbitrator appointed by the Chairman and Managing Director of Lores Enterprises LLP in accordance with the law. The venue of such arbitration shall be at Jaipur Rajasthan, India and the award of the Arbitrator shall be final and binding on all parties and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under these Terms and Conditions shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Terms and Conditions, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise. To the extent arbitration is not permitted by applicable law, any dispute relating in any way to your visit to the website shall be submitted to an appropriate court or other judicial body in India, as applicable, without prejudice to the applicable law and all applicable provisions of this Section, and subject to our right to seek injunctive or other appropriate relief 

in any court, if you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate our intellectual property rights and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts. 

Consent to Receive Notices Electronically by Posting on the Website and Via Email: You consent to receive any agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications (collectively, “Notices”) to which these Terms and Conditions refer from us electronically including without limitation by email or by posting notices on this website. You agree that all Notices that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. To withdraw your consent to receive Notices electronically, you must notify us of your withdrawal of such consent by emailing us at support@mylores.com and discontinue your use of this website. In such event, all rights granted to you pursuant to these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to the limited licenses set forth in Section 6 hereof, shall automatically terminate. Unfortunately, we cannot provide the benefits of this website to any user that cannot consent to receipt of Notices electronically. The companies being used by Lores Enterprises LLP are compliant and have data security processes in place. Lores Enterprises LLP is not liable for any data theft or security breach at the data centres hosting the website and holding consumer data.

Lores Enterprises LLP does not store Credit Card or Debit Card or banking information provided by you during the purchase transaction. It is transmitted by the payment gateway provider to the payment network or bank. Lores Enterprises LLP is not responsible for any theft or security breach by the third party platforms. 

Prices: We have the right at any time prior to our Acceptance to withdraw any discount and/or to revise prices to take into account increases in costs including (without limitation) costs of any materials, carriage, labour or the increase or imposition of any tax, duty or other levy and any variation in exchange rates. We also reserve the right to notify you of any mistakes in Product descriptions or errors in pricing prior to product dispatch. In such event if you choose to continue with fulfilment of the order, you acknowledge that the Product will be provided in accordance with such revised description or corrected price.

Delivery: timescales/dates specified on the Site, in any order acknowledgement, acceptance or elsewhere are estimates only. While we endeavour to meet such timescales or dates, we do not undertake to dispatch Products by a particular date or dates and shall not be liable to you in respect of delays or failure to do so. If you refuse or fail to take delivery of Products provided in accordance with these Terms, any risk of loss or damage to the Products shall nonetheless pass on you and without prejudice to any other rights or remedies we have.

In sum, in no event shall Company's total liability to the User for all damages or/and losses or/and causes of action exceed the amount paid by the User to Company, if any, that is related to the cause of action.

Rewards: Our rewards program is meant for first time customers only. Orders made via the rewards program where customers have not made a payment more than Rs. 1/- and are repeat customers are not guaranteed to be shipped out.
